ranking Rentaro Taki, a lecturer in the Department of History at Koka Gakuen University, was in love with Keiko Awaji even though he had a wife and children. I was interested in the fact that the waterfall was left with an oral tradition of the Immortal Buddha of the Yukaijin at the foot of Mt. Yudono, Maitreya Temple, and the oral tradition of "Don't speak of it at all", and it was quietly hidden in the basement of the hall. After three years of enthronement, the instant Buddha should be dug up from the ground and become an object of worship. The Great Famine of Tenmei was a great opportunity for missionary PR, and Taki set up a temporary house, thinking that the Yukai people were criminals who had fled to the temple for some reason, and that the temple staff had forcibly made them into mummies. In order to excavate, he asked Keiko's father, Gozo Awaji, who was from Yudono Village, to cooperate. A threatening letter and a mummified wrist were delivered to Gozo's mansion. He suddenly begins to say that he will stop helping with excavation funds. That night, Gozo was found dead in the bathroom. The bathroom was closed with only a small ventilation window. At Gozo's wake, a murder notice is delivered to the abbot of Maitreya Temple and the older brother of Gozo's wife, Yoko. When Michikai was young, he confessed that he and Kinsaku Fushihara, who had failed in his business with Gozo and the now missing, drove a mother and daughter named Tsushima, who had come to evacuate, into villages and forced them to commit suicide. The excavation work of the Yukaijin has begun. While praying in a mountain hut, Michikai goes missing, and his body is eventually found. Fushihara is also found dead in Tokyo. The excavated Yukai people looked sad just as the waterfall thought. Taki, who was fired from college, visits the Awaji family. Yoko was greeted by only one person, and the father of the youngest daughter, Noriko, told him that he was Kanji, the son of Tsushima, who had come to take revenge on Gozo, and that Kanji had died in an accident, and set fire to the mansion. After escaping, Taki visits Keiko's room on his feet, but it was Noriko who was there. Noriko confessed that she knew Fushihara and was told that her father was Kanji, that her lover Takeshi Tsushima was her brother, that she cooperated with Fushihara and used Michikai's son, young Shinya, to kill Gozo through a ventilation window, that she killed Michikai and gave Fushihara sleeping pills. Taki searches for Keiko, who has become a prostitute, but while they are struggling, Keiko dies in an accident. Noriko forced herself to say nothing to Takeshi.
