They rushed to the front line to resist typhoon disasters, smashed financial speculation with an iron fist, boldly improved their production and operation methods, strategized to win the "war of grain and cotton," resolved the danger of the "big bombing," defused the "April crisis," rushed to repair the airport for Shanghai's air defense construction, and finally fulfilled the important task of economic construction and big city management entrusted by the party Central Committee of "the whole country supports Shanghai, and Shanghai supports the whole country."
