It is that when we are faced with various emotions, we are unable to be autonomous, and we can only helplessly be chosen.
Therefore, people today generally live a very tired life. We always have to keep doing something, playing something, and always stuffing our time to feel steady, otherwise we will be "idle and panic". What makes us so uneasy? What makes it impossible for us to enjoy a leisurely time? Don't have the ability to face yourself quietly and get along with yourself?
The reason is nothing else, it is our innate ignorance and the troubles and sufferings that come with it.
